Justine Simms
Chairperson
Justine has served in church ministry since 1989, bringing decades of experience across local, national, and international settings. Her deep insight flows from active involvement in the local church, Full Gospel Australia, and the wider global Christian community.
A visionary leader, she ministers with a fresh anointing that carries healing, revelation, and a tangible sense of God’s presence.
She is passionate about transformation—renewing communities, organisations, and individuals both within the church and the marketplace. Justine is devoted to building Kingdom culture, strengthening leaders, and empowering people to rise beyond their limitations. A gifted communicator, she has travelled widely in pursuit of this calling.
With executive-level expertise, Justine has served as a C-Suite officer, General Manager, Consultant, and Director. Her leadership spans strategic planning, governance, and organisational development, and she currently serves on multiple boards and committees.
Academically, Justine is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She holds an Executive MBA in Complex Program Leadership, a Master of Arts in Ministry Leadership, a Bachelor of Nursing, and a Bachelor of Ministry in Pastoral Leadership.
Colin Grigg – Board Member
Colin has been serving the Lord since October 1975 after getting saved in the Salvation Army in Sydney and serving later in a Pentecostal church. He attended Bible College, gaining a Diploma of Ministry in 1979, and shared the Gospel in many areas including, outreaches, Street Evangelism, Lecturing in Bible Colleges, Pastors Intensives, Overseas Mission trips, Pastoring and Church-plantings.
Since 2002 Colin and Deb have pastored New Hope Church in Swansea, NSW, and continuing their evangelistic ministry style. Colin served on the Board of Directors in the Foursquare Church over three terms before joining Full Gospel Australia in 2018 .
In 2011, Colin commenced ministering on Newcastle’s RhemaFm with a weekly radio programme, currently in it’s tenth year. In 2016 Colin ran for local government in Lake Macquarie, NSW. His success as a Councillor has opened many opportunities for politicians to hear the Gospel of Christ.
David Michael – Board Member
David Michael has been serving God and the community of Hume in Victoria for many years, with a passion for seeing the lost saved and set free. David and Tina share a love and passion for their congregation, and community and seek Holy Spirit to empower and guide them. Together, they pastor Spirit Alive Church in Tullamarine
Spirit Alive Church is a Family Church anchored to the Word of God living and teaching how to live a ‘supernatural life’ – naturally.
David and Tina have a desire to help establish God-chosen, passionate leaders in the contemporary church. They encourage people to flourish in their lives through intimacy and growth with the Father through a daily, vital and open relationship with Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. They share a love for Jesus with everyone they encounter and have an open heart to all who come looking for a spiritual home or a place of healing.
